Halloween Havoc 2019

New York State of Mind and East Harlem Tutorial Program present our 7th Annual Halloween Havoc in Harlem. This ghoultastic spooktacular event will feature:

Transylvania

Appearances from Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy and The Wolfman.
Enjoy pumpkin painting, slime-making, spooky storytelling and more!

Dr. Killjoy’s Sanatorium

Dr. Killjoy has been admitting some of the most disturbed patients in history including Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers and Pennywise the Clown. The Doctor’s sanatorium has been declared off-limits, but we are giving you the chance to enter at Halloween Havoc… if you dare.

The Sanatorium opens at 3pm.

Halloween Havoc takes place at East Harlem Tutorial located on the corner of 105th Street and 2nd Avenue.

This event is free admission and all are welcome.
